3-inch-tall arm with lift & turn base: 360-degree rotation every 18 degrees and 6 locking positions up & down in 90 degrees, with a stainless steel plunger assembly.
The base plate of the mount can be used with the thumb screws in the track as shown or you can use the four corner drilled and countersunk holes to hard-mount it.
The top plate fits the hole pattern for the Downeast® model S-17 flat mount.
An optional 3" x 4" subplate (ECMP-4) can be purchased to mount to your boat first; this standard plate then mounts to the subplate, allowing easy removal via the four corner screws.
The S-17 rod holder is sold separately, or together as the ALT-3-S17.
