Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Flat rate shipping: (VOLTHIUM AND VICTRON ONLY). We offer flat rate shipping to Canada for items from Volthium or Victron Energy products.  All lithium batteries are shipped via CANPAR and a flat rate of 35.00 applies.  Items from Victron ship via CANPAR at a flat rate of 25.00.  All other products within the store ship via Canada Post or the customer selected shipping option and calculated Rates apply to these items.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our Warehouse in London, ON.  After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared for pickup and you will be notified by email when its ready.  

Please Note: Since Boat and Tackle does not operate a Retail Outlet, local pickup requires a scheduled pickup.  If you would like to pickup your order please email sales@boatandtackle.ca or call 1-800-485-8950 to arrange for a pickup time at our London, ON warehouse.  Customers that have not scheduled a pickup will not be able to pick up at the warehouse without receiving prior confirmation.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@email.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you
