Universal Bracket with Lift and Turn Base This bracket was designed to clamp or bolt handliner reels too. River trollers find it easier to fish with the reel hanging securely over the side of the boat. When not using the bracket, simply slide out of the track. The bracket has since been used for many other mounting options, including manual downriggers on small boats, Kuuma barbeque grills, lanterns, fish finders, and marine cameras, just to name a few. Comes on a lift and turn base for 360-degree rotation movability on the base.
