The VBT-2 measures about 16” from the bottom of the post to the top and has 2 VBT-10 rod holders on it. Keep in mind that if you have the top rod holder in an upright position at the top you need to add another 10 inches or so to that height.

Each holder has six available positions in a 90-degree area for maximum spread of rod tips, allowing easier, virtually tangle-free turns.
The concept of the vertical tree mounted as far forward as possible leaves the full gunwale free for the board rods, divers, and corner downriggers, keeping the transom completely open for netting and resetting baits.
We have also used this vertical tree in situations where space is limited and the top holders were used for boards and the bottom one for a diver rod.
